Joshua Holtzman

Clinical Social Work Intern

Josh Holtzman is a master’s student at the Florida State University College of Social Work. He values a collaborative and empathetic approach, working with clients to better understand patterns that may be keeping them stuck and to develop practical strategies for meaningful change. Josh also graduated with honors from Harvard Law School and is a practicing corporate lawyer. This experience gives him a unique perspective in supporting clients navigating anxiety, depression, OCD, career and work-related stress, perfectionism, self-esteem struggles, and life transitions. He has trained in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP). He has also provided crisis intervention support as a social work intern at an East Harlem elementary school and as a Crisis Text Line volunteer.
